Every drawer, every closet, every broken thing.

For the past week, we've been looking hard at the things that fill our spaces and our thoughts. We then put every stuffed animal, every outgrown princess dress, every read-once hardcover book and seen-once DVD, every pair of 12 year old girl not quite right pair of jeans, every extra lamp and shelf and chair, every lego in a big pile. Overcome neck problems and headache by strengthening your neck muscles. Simple and highly effective Yoga exercises for prevention and healing. If you have a manifest neck problem, consult your doctor or therapist before. Do these exercises gently in the beginning, do them 1-2 times per week. Develop strength in your arms and shoulders. Prepare yourself for headstand, handstand, scorpion, peacock and other Hatha Yoga Asanas. This is a variation of Shvanasana (Svanasana). Relax your back by doing the Yoga Pelvic Tilt - a simple but efficient exercise. You can practice several times or whenever you want. In case of minor back problems highly efficient.
