Why do you practice yoga?
Yogic practices are my tools. My varied practices enrich and deepen the events in my daily life. When the experience of my life seems amuck I can always retreat to my inner guru, my heart and the brightness that shines like the light between the trees in a lovely forest.
Where's home?
The southern tip of NJ and where ever my heart is!
