I am the father of a three-year old yogi terror who is my greatest teacher. He reminds me to love, play and even fight in the sacred moment of NOW. I am the founder of Beloved Yoga and live my life at the feet of my Guru, Ma Jaya who continues to teach me of service, devotion and spirituality. My path is one of integration, merging the teachings of the East with the lives of the West.
