Yes, teachers and administrators in schools are definitely coming around and realizing how beneficial a few minutes of deep breathing, poses and quiet visualization/relaxation exercises can be in assisting students (and themselves!) to be more learning-ready.
ChildLight Yoga offers a program called 'Yoga 4 Classrooms' - it's been quite successful.

Hi, welcome! Do you want to start a forum thread or do some blog posts on yoga-ing with kids? Lots of parents and teachers who would love to know what it's like to teach yoga to kids, and how it's different working with children in different age groups.
Our littlest one gets yoga in her school now- and they carry it all the way to 6th grade. That is a triumph.
