Teaching Yoga is a a fulfilling task that demands a dedicated personal practice as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the ancient teachings of Yoga.

In the Yoga Vidya Teachers Training Course you learn how to teach beginners, intermediate, advanced students. You learn Yoga for the back, Yoga for children, Yoga for senior citizens. It is a very broad and systematic course.

Yoga Vidya Ashram Bad Meinberg is Europe's biggest Yoga Ashram and Europe's leading Yoga Teachers Training Institution. The spiritual atmosphere of the place is quite strong. Usually there are about 500 Yoga aspirants in the Ashram, supporting each other with their strong aspiration. Nearly 100 resident teachers are available.
